Bean Salad


This is a recipe I found in the dining video of The New York Times. It is simple and easy. Just toss boiled Japanese Edamame with sliced onion, rice vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and sprinkle thin strips of Nori on the top and done! It is stylish. I think you like it with wine. How about with beer? No doubt you would like to take just plain boiled Edamame with beer! Anyway, cheers!!
